From editing and formatting to cover design and marketing options, their valuable suggestions collaborated with the author's vision to complete the book. I had gotten as far as I could on the book and prayed for God to help me finish; after searching for Christian publishers, I arrived at The Origin Publisher website. The chat box said, "Hello." I was happy with a black and white cover, but after seeing the cover the Design Team produced, I was inspired to imagine. I sent some pictures of conceptual ideas from which the Design Team extrapolated elements and presented an initial concept. After several iterations, including accommodation for my "need to see options" decision-making process, the final edits produced a cover that was stunning in its elegant simplicity and intriguingly accurate depiction of the contents. At all times, I felt included and connected with the publication process. Aron's encouragement was integral to completing the book. Both Edward and Aron provided the technical support. I was hesitant to send all the personal data needed to set up the accounts over email, so login info and passwords were sent to me. When faced with effervescing stress caused by "computer trauma disorder" (CTD) (primarily because web designers don't consult me when creating password-protected sites), Aron, with gentle persistence, talked me through the portal gates. Aron's calmness is a valuable asset to The Origin Publisher. If The Origin Publisher could figure out a way for clients to feel more secure when sending their personal identity information, it might streamline this portion of production. All interactions with The Origin Publisher were professional and respectful.
