Change of Mind If you decide to cancel your project after placing an order, you may request a refund within one hour of placing the order. If a refund request is made later, a 40% processing fee will apply
Incompetent Delivery Once the work is delivered, refunds are only available if the product fails to meet the project requirements as originally agreed. We offer unlimited revisions to ensure the product aligns with your specifications. If we are unable to meet your requirements after revisions, a partial refund or future credits will be discussed and mutually agreed upon.
Late Delivery We strive for on-time delivery, but if we fail to meet the agreed timeline and the delay is confirmed as our responsibility, a refund will be issued once evidence of the delay is provided. Refunds will be processed after at least three attempts to contact us.
Refund Time Frame Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be processed. Please ensure you are aware of the refund deadline when placing your order.
Exclusions for Refunds
Minor technical errors such as typographical issues, missing references, or word count discrepancies will be addressed through revisions or discounts for future orders.
Delays caused by the client’s actions or lack of communication will not be eligible for a refund.
